Cui hopes to inspire others with her teaching. Her well-rounded classes are open to all levels and emphasize body awareness while moving on the breath. She has been featured in local newspapers for her popular kids' yoga classes and also leads a local chapter of No Excuse Moms, an organization that provides free workouts and encourages healthy habits in local communities.
Becoming a mom has fostered Cui's love for teaching kids and working with moms. She credits her natural delivery to the incredible strength that her yoga practice has helped build. She believes in the importance of involving the youngsters in our yoga practice from an early age and showing them how fun it can be. Currently Cui teaches children, adults and seniors. Her children, Arianna and Gabriel, inspire her to live life with love and integrity.
